Every feed, remembered.
Log a bottle of breast milk or formula in mL or oz. A breastfeeding timer tracks the left and right side, pauses for a break, and lets you add a feed that already happened. More on breastfeeding tracking
Free baby tracker for iPhone
Breastfeeding, bottles, naps and diaper changes in one calm place for your newborn. Logging is free, with no time limit.
Real screens from Little Logs, with sample records. A place for today, a clear view of the week, and reminders you choose.

Free, forever
Record the moments that matter, then find them again. No trial clock and no limit on how much you log.

Track a sleepy stretch as it happens, or add a nap after the fact when your hands are finally free. More on sleep tracking
Wet, dirty or both. Add a time or a note when you need to, then get back to your little one.
Feeds, sleep and diapers add up as you go, so the next question has an answer before anyone asks it.
Calendar shows the week or the whole month, with each day’s rhythm in one simple bar.
Send a care summary to a partner or sitter. Export a copy of your records any time, and import it on another phone.
Plus adds three extras on top of free logging. Monthly or yearly, and the yearly plan can start with a free seven-day trial for eligible Apple accounts.
See the last 7 or 14 days of feeds, sleep and diapers. Facts from what you logged, with no targets or scores.
Set your own feeding times and get a gentle nudge. The daily checklist works even if you’d rather not allow notifications.
Twins or a new sibling: each baby keeps their own records and reminders. Tap the baby’s name on Today to switch.
When Plus ends, nothing is deleted and logging stays free. Trends and reminders pause until you join again.
New phone?
No account and no cloud. Your export file is the copy, and it moves when you do.
On the old phone, open Settings and export your records.
On the new phone, choose “Restore from an export” on the first screen, or Settings → Import records.
See what the file holds before anything is saved. Importing the same file twice won’t create duplicates.
Choose your plan
No time limit
Monthly or yearly
Eligible Apple accounts can start the yearly plan with a free seven-day introductory trial. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the yearly charge. The monthly plan has no free trial.
See the localized price, billing period and any eligible offer in the app and Apple’s confirmation sheet before subscribing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Previously granted courtesy periods keep their original end date.
Your baby’s day, on your device
No app account to create. Care records are stored on your iPhone, with a JSON export and import when you change phones. Little Logs doesn’t include live caregiver sync or an app cloud-backup service. You choose when to share a care summary through your iPhone’s share sheet. Why Little Logs needs no account
Restoring a subscription restores access, not baby records. To move records, export them and import the file on the new phone.
